Isaiah 40:30-31

During the LED Retreat few weeks ago, each of us were given a postcard and were told to fill in our names and addresses. The postcard was then collected back and distributed out again to another person at the end of the retreat. The person who gets your postcard is supposed to write in some word of encouragement on the postcard and mail it back to the you when they get back to their respective home after the end of the retreat.

I got home today, and saw my postcard waiting for me. It has just arrive by hand I guess, since there was no trace of postage stamp on it. The person who sent the postcard had quoted Isaiah 40:30-31:

30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;

31 but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
